Important Information

Due to this period of pandemics and unforeseen floods, it is likely that your package will arrive with more or less extended delays.

Where will I receive my package?

We have a home delivery service or to the delivery address you have defined beforehand.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from our various storage depots in Belgium.

Once shipped and picked up by the local delivery company, the package will reach you within 24-48 hours.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are fixed for Belgium. 5.70€

However, you benefit from free delivery for all orders of at least €49.99, with or without promotions.

Customs fees

Depending on your place of residence, and more mainly in the DOM TOM, Andorra and Monaco, customs fees may be requested by your delivery person and are in no way beyond our control.

Additional charge on order

Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. Can vary from a few cents to €5, these costs are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.

If you notice an additional charge corresponding to your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. In some cases, it is possible to get a refund.

Note that this case is rare and is often attributed to foreign banks and destinations.
